There is a water inlet valve on the suction seat at the bottom of the single tube sprayer of the hand-held sprayer manufacturer, and a water outlet valve on the outer wall of the single tube in the air chamber. There are copper balls on both valves. Due to the pressure change during the work, the steel ball will pop up and down to open and close the valve to control the flow of chemical liquid.

When the stop lever rises, the space in the leg tube suddenly increases, so a partial vacuum is formed. Under the effect of atmospheric pressure, the drug liquid passes through the copper ball in the water valve and enters the simple tube. After pressing the plug, the copper ball in the water inlet valve will close the water inlet hole. The chemical liquid entering the pig can only flow through the hole of the water outlet valve from the top of the pig. Push the copper ball into the water valve and enter the air chamber. The medicinal solution gradually increases, and the air in the air chamber is compressed to generate pressure. The higher the compression ratio, the greater the pressure generated.

The chemical liquid pressurized by the hand-held sprayer enters the nozzle vortex chamber at a high speed through a pipe through a water outlet connector, thereby generating a vortex. Due to the centrifugal effect of the vortex and the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the spray hole, the chemical liquid will form a mist after passing through the spray hole.
